Education:
Jeff Ash is from Troy, Alabama. He received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University and his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. From 1983 to 1984 he served as a law clerk to the Honorable L. Charles Wright, Presiding Judge of the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals; and from 1984 to 1985, he served as Staff Attorney to the Honorable A. Hugh Maddox, Senior Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court. Practice Areas: Jeff has practiced defense litigation for over twenty years. His current practice focuses in the areas of product liability, automotive litigation, and general civil litigation defense. Professional Profile: He is a member of the Alabama State Bar Association, Birmingham Bar Association, Alabama Defense Lawyer's Association, and the Defense Research Institute. He is admitted to practice in all United States District Courts in the State of Alabama and in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. |
