He received a Bachelor of Arts from Washington & Lee University in Lexington, Virginia and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law. At Washington & Lee, he was a member of the Executive Committee and Dean’s List. At Alabama, he was a member of Bench & Bar Legal Honor Society and Omicron Delta Kappa. He was also a member of the law school’s semi-finalist Environmental Moot Court team at the National Environmental Moot Court Competition in White Plains, New York, and Chief Justice of the Honor Court. Practice Areas: Brad's practice is concentrated in the areas of product liability, automotive product liability, general liability, medical malpractice, and insurance defense. Professional Profile: He is a member of the Alabama State Bar Association and the Birmingham Bar Association (Young Lawyers Section, Executive Committee, 2004-2008).
