Clay Clark is from Montgomery, Alabama. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Alabama and his Juris Doctorate from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. Practice Areas: He is a partner in the Firm and is actively engaged in employment law, workers' compensation, product liability, toxic exposure litigation, industrial accident litigation, retaliatory discharge, sexual harassment, ADA litigation, discrimination, errors and omissions, motor carrier litigation, premises liability, and general liability litigation.
