He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Practice Areas: Lanier is a partner in the Firm whose trial practice consists mostly of the defense of automotive liability, product liability, medical liability, general personal injury cases, and includes insurance, and nursing home litigation. Professional Profile: He is admitted to practice before United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Alabama and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He has been admitted pro hoc vice for the defense of cases throughout the Southeast and beyond. Lanier has lectured at local and national product liability seminars and has also lectured on medical liability issues.
