Education:
Michelle Pieroni graduated cum laude from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Relations and Spanish. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Alabama School of Law. While in law school, she was Chairman of the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board. Practice Areas: Her practice includes insurance litigation, premises liability litigation, workers’ compensation, employment law, and professional liability. Professional Profile: Michelle is a member of the American Bar Association, Alabama State Bar (Co-Chair, Spanish Speaking Lawyers section, Member, Workers' Compensation section), Birmingham Bar Association (Member, Workers' Compensation section; former Executive Committee, Young Lawyer's Section), Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, and Defense Research Institute. She serves as a Medicare Set Aside Certified Consultant and is a member of the U.S. District Court (Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Alabama) as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. |
