Education:
Greg Schuck graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor
of Science degree. He received his Juris Doctorate from Cumberland
School of Law at Samford University where he was an Associate Editor
of the Cumberland Law Review.
Practice Areas:
He is a partner in the Firm and currently serves as national and
regional trial counsel for automobile manufacturers in rollover
litigation. Additionally, his work includes other product
liability matters as well as complex/class-action, trucking, medical
device, and pharmaceutical litigation.
Professional Profile:
Greg has recently concluded several multi-week trials that resulted
in defense verdicts for his automotive clients.
He is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts
for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Alabama, the
United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the
Supreme Court of the United States. He lectures frequently in the
areas of automotive product liability, expert testimony, and trial
preparation, and has co-authored "The Application of Seat Belt Laws
in Automotive Trials", DRI. He is a member of the American Bar Association,
Birmingham Bar Association, Alabama Defense Lawyers Association,
Defense Research Institute, and the Association for the Advancement
of Automotive Medicine. |
