Practice Areas: Gordon is a Partner in the Firm. His general litigation practice focuses on product liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, nursing home litigation, insurance coverage disputes, automotive liability, and warranty law. Gordon also represents automobile manufacturers and distributors in both product liability and warranty cases. He handles general defense litigation throughout the southeast. Professional Profile: Recently, Gordon was named an Alabama Super Lawyers - Rising Star. He has been active in both the Alabama and Georgia State Bars and is a member of the Alabama State Bar Association, Birmingham Bar Association, Georgia Bar Association, Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association. He served as the Editor of Publications and Appellate Issues for the Professional Malpractice Section of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, 2000-2001. In this capacity, he published quarterly updates on professional malpractice issues. He is also a member of the Defense Research Institute.
